Refund policy

Returns are not accepted since all products are made to order. Exchanges will only be authorized for defective merchandise. To be considered for an exchange, you must first contact James & Colors AND send pictures indicating the damage to info@jamesandcolors.com within 5 business days of receipt. Once your exchange has been approved, the same pattern/type/size that was originally ordered will be printed and shipped out within 3 business days from the approval date.
